Distribution Application

The distribution route application complements the distribution system, available for the accountant where sales and distribution operations can be recorded and transferred to the main system (Ameen for distribution). It is also available as a similar application for tablets operating on Android (4 and above), compatible with the distribution system in AlAmeen program on a personal computer. This program allows users (representatives) to add data via a tablet offline, where the user (representative) downloads data (customer names and items) from the database from the server to the handheld device and then adds their own data (invoices) and then uploads it back to the server. It can also work online using an internet connection to add and upload data directly from Ameen to the tablet device and vice versa, with a note on the necessity of having the distribution system active in AlAmeen program.

Additionally, the program supports both Arabic and English languages and allows you to create invoices of all types, receipts, and payments. You can add surveys for items, reasons for non-sale, and effective activities, as well as adding new customers.

The program is equipped with a variety of reports that provide detailed and summary information such as inventory reports and daily delivery reports for representatives.

Through the distribution management application:

You can print invoices and documents on portable Bluetooth printers locally or via wireless internet connection and exchange data through the network. The representative logs into the program using a password.

In addition to having a distribution route to know which customers should be visited for the day or remaining coverage days (weekdays), and having warehouse inventory to know the inventory of the representative and the goods they have in their car.
